What you’ll need?
- Prior experience working as an Admissions Representative is not needed, we will train you. Must have at least 2 to 6 years of sales experience preferably with insurance, Call Center or Inside Sales...
What you’ll be doing?
- Creating relationships daily by phone, email and text, speaking with potential students about improving their lives through education
- Maintain a positive attitude and become an active member of a “student first” team focused on student success
- Provide guidance and assistance to new students through the registration and admission process
- Maintain a high level of customer service and student retention
- Continually meet or exceed performance expectations with willingness to listen to instructions from department leads, multitask, prioritize and deal with ambiguity
- Must work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or Associates degree preferred
- Bilingual - Spanish / English is a plus!
