Our Insurance Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to their join their team to provide assistance with 3 insurance business lines. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department by performing various duties including answering client’s questions, reviewing and updating documents, monitoring insurance requirements, and reporting.   • Maintain Agency, Farm Manager, and Corporate licensing, and compliance for State, and Federal as well as personal & casualty for state only
  • Process Farm Management terminations, and sending notices to clients
  • Quality assurance of reports; reviewing, updating, and entering new data as necessary
  • Uploading reports such as, acreage, production, and applications to crop companies, and agency management system
  • Process daily incoming mail
  • Provide overflow support to all insurance business lines such as: Crop, Personal P&C, and Farm P&C
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities


  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Insurance Agency Management Software (EPIC), and/or other related software
  • Ability to uphold a high attention to detail and accuracy


  • Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds
  • Occasionally (5%) travel within specified region on prospective client visits and to attend company/industry functions as required
