The purpose of this job is to provide clerical support to the farm managers and area managers in an individual territory or region with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Provides quality customer service for internal and external clients, both verbal and written
• Finalize client setup and prepare new client reports for farm management
• Type correspondence and reports for internal/external communication
• Process leases and verify accuracy of all necessary lease documents
• Support the Customer Service Manager
• Performs additional duties as assigned and required

• Dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Ability to type 50 wpm with 90% accuracy
• General clerical aptitude of 80%
• Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office: specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
• Must demonstrate attention to detail
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities

• 1-2 years administrative assistant experience

•    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency
