•Insurance sales experience and an active Property & Casualty License (preferred) but not mandatory.
•Successful track record of setting and meeting goals.
•Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
•Ability to multitask.
•Bi-lingual/ Spanish a plus.
•Develop leads, schedule, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
•Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
•Build rapport with prospects and through a genuine care for their insurance needs and best interest, turn prospects into lifetime valued clients.
