Agency Producer

Derek S Ballard Insurance Agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.  As a licensed insurance Agency Producer, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind.  Our newest Agency Producer will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance.  As an Agency Producer you will be trained to own your own agency within 12 months.  If you are interested you can forward your resume to dballard@farmersagent.com. 

Responsibilities:

·         Achieve set goals

·         Customer Service

·         B2B marketing for potential clients

·         Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products offered

·         Develop contacts and networks for business development

·         Ability to travel to  meet with businesses and clients and new business

Requirements:

·         Property and casualty license is required.  Derek S Ballard Insurance agency will help you obtain your license if you do not have one

·         Self Motivated  individual

·         Learn the products we sell

·         Able to succeed in a smaller, fast paced environment

·         Be able to handle customer rejection

·         Have a positive and a “win,win”  attitude

·         Learn all aspects of running your own office
