Our office is growing! We are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding Customer Service Sales Team at an entry level with the opportunity to grow.
We are currently seeking a full time position in Eagle County, CO.
Our Customer Service Sales Representative must be licensed or willing to become licensed. Since the CSSR interacts with customers on a daily basis, it is imperative they have the ability to upsell, cross sell, and write new business for the agency.
The role requires someone who is not afraid to take the initiative to reach out to someone they do not know. They should be able to build rapport with a prospect and have the confidence to offer guidance to clients and resolve complex issues.
It is important that the CSSR have great communication skills, including the ability to listen and focus on positive outcomes and to effectively communicate to the prospect or the client how the agency can help them.

Responsibilities
Selling - Meeting individual performance metrics and goals
Prospecting, Marketing and potential Cold Calling
Multi-tasking - Able to successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
Attention to Detail - Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer integrations
Communication - Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficient job skills such as: Process customer policy change requests, complete Evidence of Insurance requests, immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, take premium payments from customers, treat each customer contact as a cross and/or up-sell opportunity, generate insurance quotes, provide exceptional customer service, responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests immediately, and understand basic product, billing, underwriting and processing guidelines
Teamwork- Accept feedback when offered and work well with others
Problem Solving - Able to research and identify timely solutions to customer related problems
Requirements
Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus!
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Confident, self starter who works well independently
Willing to follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
Problem Solving Skills
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license
