Project Manager

Manage the program backlog and collaborate with teams and end-users to improve and enhance products. Responsibilities: • Establishing features and acceptance criteria to add to the program backlog • Communicating with teams and executives to refine the program backlog • Managing the flow of work in the program backlog through prioritization • Accepting features based on acceptance criteria from the business units • Working with executives to refine, plan, and implement their operational initiatives • Owning assigned strategic initiatives and facilitating their execution • Developing and communicating the program vision and roadmaps • Collaborating with executives to create portfolio roadmaps • Facilitating and attending meetings to work towards program and solution improvements and promote team collaboration • Assisting in creating and refining Lean Business Cases to align with company vision and initiatives • Interacting with end users with face-to-face interviews, surveys, and other information-gathering techniques for product improvement and enhancement • Performing Change Management activities for assigned initiatives and executives as needed • Participating in Change and Release Management activities to determine if features are ready for production • Cultivating a successful Project Manager-Business Analyst team to align priorities and work • Preparing for and facilitating periodic planning meetings with the Project Management team • Tracking and sharing companywide metrics on future, in-progress, and completed projects • Working closely with the Director of PMO and other members to further various company and department initiatives • Miscellaneous tasks as directed Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience: • 1 to 2 years experience in product development and project management preferred • Experience with Agile software development methodologies preferred Computer Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Other: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community About Company: Employee Benefits Our employees are rewarded with a competitive salary, a benefit program that recognizes the diverse needs of our employees, and the security of a well-established company.
