Tour Guide/Driver & Pilot

Pedal Pub Bike Tour Guides (Pilots) will guide a multi-passenger cycling trolley on tours which showcase the best downtown Fargo bars, pubs, restaurants, and sights!

Pilots bring their flair to create the best experience possible for customers. We look for personality more than past experience - after all, you are our passengers' 'Beerless Leader'!

Ideal part-time, seasonal job for teachers, bartenders, servers, baristas, actors, artists, students, comics, fitness trainers, musicians, photographers.

Drivers must be 21+ with a valid drivers license however they are not required to pedal!

WHAT'S THE JOB?

• Safely navigate customers on routes
• Greet customers & complete customer check-in process
• Assist customers with merchandise purchases
• Ensure bikes are clean, and maintenance checks done prior to tour
• Follow policies, procedures & traffic laws
• Promptly report issues to management
• Assist customers during their tour
• Snap good group pics & video

REQUIREMENTS

• Fun and upbeat personality with great customer service skills
• Must be on time and reliable
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• 21+ years of age and possess a valid drivers license
• Comfortable being authoritative when needed
• Ability to create and stick to a schedule
• Enjoys outdoors & being conversational
• Successful completion of our Pilot Certification Program
