We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, and personable team member to help manage day-to-day customer service and operations. Job Title: Customer Care & Operations Specialist
- Manage all incoming orders, ensuring our production team completes and ships them on time. This includes entering the orders in our system and ensuring payment is complete.
- Customer service tasks and order management (answer phone calls and emails about order status, shipping/tracking, etc.)
- Work with customers on custom trophy requests (this gets creative!)
- Inventory management – ensure we are in-stock on all trophy components and order when necessary.
- Create trophy plates
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years work experience in similar role (customer service / sales order management)
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- $15 - $18 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
