Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will review, monitor, and analyze business data to solve problems and/or make recommendations to improve business performance, as well as identify opportunities for enhanced business efficiency and performance through data and technology. *THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE* The Operations - Business Analysis - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: * Provide recommendations to the team to determine business needs through understanding business unit operations. * Gather and evaluate data on business operations, human capital, and resources.

* Make recommendations on areas for improved business performance. * Identify and make recommendations on solutions to improve business performance. * Translate business analysis results for customers to empower data-driven decision making.

Qualifications *THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM* Minimum Required Experiences * 2 years * Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and technical scenarios, providing key recommendations for process and product enhancement * Focus on risk management, understanding of risk identification and corresponding controls and control objectives * Experience with operational readiness ensuring smooth implementation of large and complex initiatives Desired Experiences * Bachelor degree or equivalent * Experience on both technical and business teams * Experience with Servicing business processes or related technologies *Skills* *.* Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc. Risk Assessment and Management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc. Business Insight skills including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.

Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Operational Excellence skills including improving and overseeing operations Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Expertise in using statistical methods, including: developing and testing hypotheses, using experimental design, and running linear and logistic regressions Programming skills including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS *Tools* Skilled in SQL Skilled in Microsoft Teams Skilled in Tableau Experience using SharePoint Skilled in Excel Experience using JIRA
