Faneuil is hiring Customer Care Specialists in Hampton, VA !!
Customer Care Specialists assist members with routine service inquires including selecting a primary care physician, member benefit education, member identification cards, transportation arrangements, issues with provider accessibility, eligibility inquires, resolving member complaints, identifying, and filing member grievances. Specialists provide quality service by immediately responding to the member and/or providers requests and complaints, and appropriately routing issues to the correct department for timely resolution.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skill proficiency with experience working in Windows 8-10
Strong written and communication skills & professional phone etiquette
Adaptable to a constantly changing fast paced environment
Strong multi-tasking skills, critical thinking, active listening and problem-solving skills
Position: Customer Care Specialist
Training Location: Onsite Training at 4410 E Suite 311 Claiborne Square in Hampton, VA 23666
Training Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm ET, Monday-Friday for 3 weeks
Production Location: Onsite or Remote/Work at Home, based on availability and business needs (candidates should be available to work onsite or remotely; Operations will assign work location)
Production Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week - shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm ET, Monday-Friday
Rate of pay: $12/hour for training and production
Computer Equipment: Provided by Faneuil
