About this Role

As an Account Manager on the Revenue Operations team you will execute, optimize, and maximize the value of direct-sold online advertising campaigns, through strategic and best in class Sales support in a post-sales capacity.

You should have previous digital media experience, an ability to build rapport with Account Executives, Sales Marketing, Sales Planners and Ad Ops Specialists, drive seamless executions, achieve campaign objectives, and maximize revenue through campaign optimization. You're also passionate about digital advertising and exceptional at creating actionable insights from campaign data sets.  You have strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.

As a primary post-sale point of contact for campaign execution and optimization, you'll ultimately be responsible for representing client needs and goals to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

You Will...
  • Partner with Sales and Planning to understand client objectives on repeat business, strategies and goals; provide guidance on ad product selection, inventory, and internal requirements
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ad products, relevant specs, guidelines, and internal business rules
  • Liaise with Sales, Planning, Design, Ad Ops Specialists, Rev Ops, and Ad Product departments to execute directly sold standard and custom campaigns
  • Collect all assets from agencies on sold deals, organize, and provide for AOS(traffic) team
  • Execute, Optimize and Revise (if needed) SOLD campaigns 
    • If a complete Media plan rebuild is required the Planning team can be involved.
  • Participate in internal/client kick off calls to give guidance on required assets and tracking elements
  • Prepare reports and analyze ad performance data relative to campaign objectives; carry out campaign optimizations (creative execution & strategy, placement evaluation, pacing, click rates, Viewability, VCR, Ad Fraud, Brand Safety, etc.) to increase performance for agency/client 
  • Build wrap-up analysis decks, leveraging various sets of performance data and metrics
    • Sales Marketing Involved as needed (especially for anything beyond data entry e.g. storytelling, narratives, creatives)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies; deliver best in class service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Manage monthly billing reconciliation process with Finance department (Boostr)
  • Provide screenshots upon request
  • On-call support may be required for after-hours client-related emergencies
You Have...
  • 2-3 Years Related Account Management experience
  • Experience with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, etc.) 
  • Extremely proactive and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and ad campaign metrics; CPM, CPA, Viewability, VCR, IVT, Brand Safety
  • Experience with ad tags: rich media, verification vendors, Brand Studies(DCM, Sizmek, Double Verify, Vizu, etc.), and Data Management Platforms(2-3 Years Related Account Management experience
  • Experience with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, etc.) 
  • Extremely proactive and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and ad campaign metrics; CPM, CPA, Viewability, VCR, IVT, Brand Safety
  • Experience with ad tags: rich media, verification vendors, Brand Studies(DCM, Sizmek, Double Verify, Vizu, etc.), and Data Management Platforms(Krux, Lotame, BlueKai, Permutive, Audigent, etc.)
  • Experience with analyzing complex data sets, and creating actionable insights to maximize revenue
