Clinical Coordinator

About your role:The Clinical Coordinator is a master’s level licensed professional responsible for oversight of all clinical operations associated with the provision of MH/DD/SA services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the provision of clinical services through adherence to rules contained in: Clinical Coverage Policies, Records Management and Documentation Manual, Incident Response and Reporting Manual, Person-Centered Planning Manual, Confidentiality Rules, Client Rights Rules, other General Rules found in North Carolina Administrative Code, Council on Accreditation Standards, and program audits.
  • Coordinate with the Director and other key administrative staff in the development of facility specific policy, procedure, and workflows. Ensure adequate feedback loop between clinical staff and administrative staff.
  • Provide direct supervision to, or ensure the supervision of clinical staff. Ensure documentation of all clinical supervision activities.
Do the following apply to you:
  • Master’s degree in one of the following discipline categories: social work, psychology, or counseling
  • Full licensure under a North Carolina governing board regulating a human service profession
  • Two or more years of experience in diagnosing, treating and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of MH/DD/SA populations
