Our growing company is currently searching for a highly-enthusiastic, motivated professional to join our team. If you’re a talented and sales-minded professional with a passion for the helping people, then we’re interested in you!

We have created a plug and play system with free licensing and training support for those who are interested in making 6 figures a year, or growing their own agency or both! Our Agents reach out to interested clients and get them set up with the policy that best suits their needs. Our Agents are contracted with over 15 A-rated insurance carriers and our products include life, final expense, mortgage protection, indexed universal life, and annuities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
