Senior Outpatient Therapist

FBR is hiring a Senior Outpatient Therapist to oversee our North Hills office! The Senior Outpatient Therapist is responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to each caseload. This position also ensures completion of required clinical documentation related to individual caseloads in a timely manner. This position provides direct billable services and acts as in a supervisory role for other Outpatient Therapist team members.
This Senior Outpatient Therapist role is a full time position with full benefits! We have daylight and evening hours needs at this time. The Therapist will be overseeing our North Hills-Pittsburgh office and our School Based Mental Health Program, which has been growing recently.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR OUTPATIENT THERAPIST:
+ Provides direction, administration, and supervision of all aspects of services provided
+ Ensures provision of highest clinical quality service for all consumers
+ Follows all established personnel policies and procedures
+ Maintains an environment of on-going collaboration across all programs
+ Maintains clinical training and development for all staff
+ Provides on-going clinical support to all members of the clinical team
+ Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
+ Ensures adequate supervision to ensure clinical efficacy
+ Maintains a commitment to professional development
+ Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
+ Supports on-going and future business needs
+ Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar mental health field
+ Professional licensure required (LPC or LCSW), active in state of PA
+ Supervisory experience in the mental health field is preferred
+ Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities .
