Client Services Associate
We are seeking to add a key member to our Account Management team. You will be joining a progressive, dynamic fast-paced environment. This person will assist the Operations leader through account management of existing and new clients. Some examples of duties are regular follow-ups with clients, assisting with requests from customer support, offering new services or services not currently used by clients and most importantly, ensuring clients needs are met at all times!
Responsibilities and Experience:
- A self-starter who understands importing, order fulfillment, logistics services, 3PL, eCommerce, and distribution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly assess solutions clients.
- Partner with the sales team to maintain accurate records and sales plan forecasting.
- Assist Senior Leadership in client support and all customer facing communications.
- Solid understanding of client relationship management, reporting and maintenance of customer information and contracts.
- Proven ability to effectively manage client communication and facilitate internal communications related to client roadmap, support, and new initiatives.
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking, listening and problem solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, 7+ years client management/support experience.
