Our client, an established firm providing outstanding financial services to a growing client base, seeks an addition to the team of financial advisers. Qualifications include 3 years of previous administrative support experience. Prefer someone experienced with the new business insurance process. Requisites include excellent detail orientation, client interface ability, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Solid MS Office ability, a polished, professional demeanor with a positive approach to work and an ability to produce quality work in a time-sensitive manner. BS/BA required. This is an excellent opportunity for an upwardly mobile candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients, answer phones
  • Calendar management, travel arrangements
  • Professional correspondence; Transcribe dictation
  • Email management - prioritize, organize, and follow up
  • Provide information to clients and follow up with insurance or investment companies and the client to completion
  • Upload client data and aggregate account information
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Plan weekly Client Review Meetings and prepare materials, process meeting notes
  • Track licenses and other compliance-related items (keep up to date)
  • File management; maintain files regarding investments, insurance, and other personal information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Three years’ experience minimum, experience in financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with The Living Balance Sheet and Smart Office is a considerable plus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent client interface ability and service-oriented
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great organizational ability
  • MUST BE WITHIN 15-20 MILE RADIUS
