Welders - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
-2nd shift earning an additional $5.00/hour; and 3rd shift earning an additional $7.00/hour!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· MIG Weld on mild steel from 20 gauge to 1-inch thickness
· Produce hydraulic tanks, fuel tanks, fenders, platforms, and other sheet metal fabrications following work instructions
· Basic qualifications to be achieved in the training period include: D1.1 GMAW and D1.3 GMAW
· Ability to read Weld symbols, blueprints and perform set-ups
· Select and use a variety of metal finishing tools (grinders, abrasives, etc.)
· Use of lifting and control devices (cranes, positioners, magnets, hooks, fixtures, templates, etc.)
You should be proficient in:
- Blueprint Reading
- Welding Setups
