Job Description
FMM is seeking a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER for immediate hire! FMM is a maintenance and construction company that is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist our Project Division in completion of construction projects in the residential, multi-family, and commercial renovations sectors. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

- A bachelor degree in Construction Management
- 6-10 years of construction management experience
- Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems
- Familiar with construction accounting programs
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Full understanding of budget management, job forecasting, and work in progress schedules
- Ability to manage employees and subcontractors effectively
- Capability to manage multiple large scale remodels
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A take initiative mindset
- A strong focus on customer relations
- Valid drivers license and clear driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
