We are currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift!

In this role, you will

• MIG weld per job instructions
• TIG weld / Robot work may be available
• Other duties as assigned
• Read Tape Measures clearly
• The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a great work ethic and have great attention to detail
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
• Order weld supplies

You must be able to:

• Weld knowledge - weld certification is a plus
• Organizational skills
  • Planning and scheduling
• Works well with others / Communication both upward and downward
• Independent thinker ? Problem solver and creative solutions / solutions-oriented
• Training experience is a plus
• Stellar attendance and punctuality is a must
• Attention to detail
• Proven leadership abilities
• Fab shop experience is a plus

Midwest Sheet Metal Fabrication Located in Hartford, Wisconsin, our modern sheet metal fabrication facility is designed specifically for rapid production at low cost. We are a short drive from the Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin metropolitan areas.
