As a member of our team, you will design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art but not limited to cybersecurity systems, networks, servers, cloud infrastructures, etc. You will work with a highly-motivated team that works with domestic customers on their latest satellite and onsite systems. Position Responsibilities:
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. Evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces. Performs analyses to optimize the total system of systems and/or system architecture. Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. Supports the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risks, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes. Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience is typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years of Managed Service Provider experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is a preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience working within an IT infrastructure group, preferably with a Managed Service Provider
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks with accuracy and to meet demanding deadlines, possess strong ethics, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Extensive experience planning, designing, deploying and maintaining Windows Servers, including Microsoft applications, such as SQL, Exchange, and Active Directory
  • Advanced Active Directory experience is required such as group rights, file rights management, GPOs
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, Azure-AD, and related Microsoft services.
  • Experience managing and maintaining multiple IT infrastructures
  • Experience with vulnerability scan platforms and remediation
  • Understanding of infrastructure security and authentication processes. SAML, Kerberos, RADIUS & MFA
  • Experience with privileged access management and privileged identity management
  • Day to Day management of monitoring platform and tailoring advance alerting & reports.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and working with code repositories
  • Root Cause analysis and troubleshooting experience are required
  • Familiar with building and maintaining infrastructures
  • Must be willing to work weekends and evenings and be on call as required; the responsibilities are for a 24x7 IT operation.
  • Must maintain a sincere, polite, and respectful customer service attitude when working with other businesses
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Essential Functions:

  • Map/draw process diagrams, using Visio or other modeling tools, while discussing with subject matter experts
  • Lead in the facilitation of technical meetings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, workstation, and software errors and inefficiencies
  • Ensure that the computer systems are running smoothly, and effectively

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Managed Service experience
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.
  • Extensive knowledge understanding of network modeling/network analytics
  • Advanced understanding of using process modeling tools (Visio, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Advanced Knowledge of vendors such as Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox, Duo, Office365, etc.
  • Experience with and ability to support Citrix XenApp or similar products
  • Advanced experience with cybersecurity solutions
  • Advanced experience with Storage and Virtualization platforms such as Nimble, Pure Storage, NetApp, EMC, VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer
  • Scripting / Automation knowledge: PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Advanced understanding of high-level infrastructure design
  • Ability to review, recommend, and implement new and emerging technologies to be adopted into our technology stack
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills
