We need 4 new Customer Service Representatives in our brand new Tech Center!
**No IT background required!!**
We are currently hiring entry level individuals with little to no experience for the Customer Service position. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train for our Customer Service position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention, and customer acquisition.
Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Dealing with customers in person.
Resolving client issues in a friendly, helpful way.
Providing price tariffs and amending as required.
Responding to client inquiries.
Attending staff and client meetings.
Tracking sales and maintaining records.
Helping the sales team to acquire new customers.
Up-selling where appropriate.
Providing general admin support.
Customer Service Representative Are You Qualified for the Role?

Customer Service Representative Work History and Educational Requirements
A High School Diploma.
Previous experience in a customer focused role is desirable.
Previous sales experience helpful but not essential.

Background experience in customer support, technical support, information technology, data entry, customer service, retail, retail customer service, customer success, help desk, retail support, visual merchandising, trade shows, pop-up shops or brand ambassadorship are definitely a plus! We also welcome individuals with practical experience in hospitality, customer service, restaurant as a barista, bartender, customer service, barback, busser, waiter, waitress, host, hostess, event brand ambassador or concierge, customer service.
