Job Purpose: The Digital Network Exploitation (DNE) Analyst/Targeter will be a member of a multi­ disciplined team tasked with conceptualizing, integrating and enhancing technical operations. The DNE Analyst/Targeter will develop a thorough understanding of assigned projects and work with partners to analyze, develop, integrate and refine end-to-end, multi-discipline plans and strategies on a variety of technical tools and requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work within analytic teams to ensure that technical solutions are driven by requirements.
  • Analyze digital network technologies.
  • Identify the connections between digital networks (protocols, routers, servers, satellites, cables, etc.).
  • Performs all other duties as assigned at the direction of Project Management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • TS/SCI US Government security clearance with polygraph. Applicants without the required clearance will not be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in analyzing complex digital technologies and networks to answer strategic requirements; conduct complex or ambiguous technical targeting and identify exploitation, initial access and/or collection opportunities to drive operational requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, ideally in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics). Other degrees with a strong analytic and technical acumen are acceptable. Additional 4 years of experience in lieu of education requirement will be considered.

  • Knowledge of basic financial management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various office equipment with demonstrated ability to learn new software systems.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • High ethical standards.
