Seeking highly ambitious and success driven attorneys to assist our senior market clients with a variety of estate, tax, and financial planning needs. Utilize various tools including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney for asset protection and tax planning. Engage in a needs analysis; determining what solutions will best serve our client’s needs. Attorneys will need to be comfortable in a public speaking role educating clients during estate planning workshops.
Candidate will consult with clients and advise as a fiduciary in matters such as: probate and trust administration, trust and tax matters, reviewing estate and gift tax returns, and assisting clients in the establishment of private foundations and other charitable vehicles.
Candidate must be admitted to and be an active member in good standing of the Missouri Bar. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Should have 2-4 years of trusts and estates experience. Must have experience working with high net-worth individuals in the design and drafting of their estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, and other estate planning documents.
Should be experienced with family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, installment sales, and other related transactions.
