Job DescriptionCompany Description

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent telephone and in-person communication
- Computer knowledge
- Compassion for animals and their owners
- Greet clients
- Differentiate between routine cases and emergencies
- Schedule appointments - enter patient and client information into the computer
- Manage the retrieval and storage of medical records
- Generate invoices and explain to clients
- Remain calm under pressure
- Competence in the English language
Auburn Animal Hospital (Forest Park Animal Hospital is legal name) is a full service animal hospital on the southside of Chicago. We've been in the community for over 50 years and are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, knowledgable, and respectful candidate who operates with integrity and passion, to perform exceptional care for our patients as well as clients. Applicant must have the ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.
