Tired of lack of Growth and looking for a fun place to work again?
20 years ago, I became friends with an up and coming Manager for a PepsiCo Food plant Manager. Since that time, he and his business partner have built their own $150+Million dollar company comprised of 4 factories and now it is an ESOP (employee stock option plan ) as well.
"They have used our company" to staff their growth, through this period and continuing to do so. We have also located both their COO and CFO, 2 plant Managers, 3 quality managers, 2 logistics / planning managers and others.
This 12 year rapid growth has far surpassed most top USA food companies. They have done this with strong capital backing, excellent management, a dominant market position, unique distribution model and an excellent management philosophy. This company is on it's way to a billion dollars probably within less than 10 years. This spells great growth for the person selected and the companies employee stock option plan.
It also should tell you what type of opportunity this is for this "Maintenance / Engineering Manager" role that we are currently seeking in the Yuma AZ area.
This plant in particular, is running really well. The previous Maint and Engineering Manager was recently promoted to the current Plant Manager as they continue to increase production capacity develop the hourly technical staff and grow their technical group due to significant order increases.
The initial salary will be in the $85-$100,000 range, plus a 10% bonus and the ESOP plan. The company also pays for 100% of the employees health care that is offered from the company and 50% of the family amount through the company.
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of all maintenance or related engineer projects for operations and any coming expansion, new projects and contractor related technical jobs they will be taking on as this growth expands.

YOU SHOULD APPLY TO THIS AWESOME GROWTH ROLE
We seek self starter's, that have high ethics and are well organized. Now would be the right time to apply to this company that is growing at about 30% a year.
I've worked one of the principals of this fast growing organization for 20 years starting back when he worked for two of the worlds largest food processors, Pepsi-co and General Mills. He consistently plans for modest growth, has contingency plans if something goes wrong and has flawlessly executed growth wherever he's been.
He hires people that can take over a position and let's them run it. He watches them and provides a culture of development in a mentoring way and the company keeps on developing leaders.
