Must-Haves:

• An Associate's degree is required
• Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required
• Acute care experience is required
• Critical Care experience is required

Nice-To-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Previous ICU experience
• BLS is required within 30 days of hire
• 2-3 years in hospital leadership
• Community hospital experience

Job Description:

Seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join Med/Surg, Med/Tele, and ICU team as an Assistant Director. The hospital offers a wide range of specialties, with more than 120 physicians and more than 500 employees. Nestled in the heart of central North Carolina and is located only 40 minutes southwest of Raleigh, the state capitol, and just 40 minutes from the gates of Fort Bragg Military base. The facility will allow you to use, sharpen and add to your nursing skills without commuting to a large city environment.

This position will provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in a clinical setting. Meet the patient's and family's physical, psychosocial, and beliefs/cultural needs. Communicate effectively with all healthcare team members as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment.
