Sales Executive- HVAC


Role Description:

The new Sales Executive for HVAC forges new business develops accounts and provides service support. This is achieved with proven relationship selling skills to identify opportunities and set sales strategies for defined area, territory, or targeted accounts and your knowledge of the HVAC system trade. The Sales Executive drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Sales, a Sales Executive is part of our sales team, represents our company and communicates our compelling value proposition. You will play a key role in driving our company's growth by expanding our customer base and enhancing our presence in the market.

Commercial Real Estate:

Working with property developers, managers, and owners to provide HVAC solutions for commercial buildings such as offices, malls, and warehouses.

Residential:

Targeting homeowners and residential property developers for HVAC systems and services, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.

Industrial and Manufacturing:

Providing HVAC solutions for large industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and warehouses to ensure optimal environmental conditions.

Hospitality and Hotels:

Offering HVAC systems and services tailored to the needs of hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments to enhance guest comfort.

Healthcare:

Providing specialized HVAC solutions for healthcare facilities, including hospitals and clinics, where precise temperature and air quality control are critical.

Retail:

Working with retail businesses to design and install HVAC systems that create a comfortable shopping environment for customers and employees.

Educational Institutions:

Targeting schools, colleges, and universities to provide HVAC solutions for classrooms, auditoriums, and other educational facilities.

Data Centers:

Offering HVAC systems designed to maintain optimal temperatures and humidity levels indata centers to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.

Government and Municipalities.

Collaborating with government agencies and municipalities to provide HVAC solutions for public buildings, offices, and community centers.

Pharmaceutical and Laboratories:

Catering to the specific HVAC needs of pharmaceutical companies and laboratories, where controlled environments are essential.

Energy Efficiency Consulting:

Providing expertise in energy-efficient HVAC solutions, targeting clients who prioritize sustainability and energy savings.

Restaurants and Food Services:

Offering HVAC solutions for restaurants, cafes, and foodservice establishments to create comfortable dining environments.

Technology and Data Centers:

Collaborating with technology companies to provide HVAC solutions for data centers, server rooms, and other technology infrastructure.

Non-Profit and Public Services:

Working with non-profit organizations and public services to provide cost-effective HVAC solutions for community centers and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Forges new business as new business development and secures new opportunities

Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling

Develops accounts by building relationships, expanding services, and increasing our presence

Solve business problems for customers with proven consultative selling skills

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs

Active player as part of the Sales team

Represents our company and communicates our compelling value proposition

Build a pipeline identifying and qualifying opportunities; pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers and building account revenues of new and existing clients

Understand industry trends and identify capability gaps required for our offering

Continuously develop industry domain knowledge of services and competitors

Travel as required to conferences, events, and client meetings

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client communications and sales progress, in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • True Hunter or long-term farmer with book of business.
  • Relationships with customers in target industry verticals.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the Restoration Services Industry or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, from a home office/remote setup.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
