We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist, who has high standards and is effective in building relationships with staff, customers, and clients.
The position requires a variety of routines from assisting prospective & Documentation of data and updating customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
This position requires great organizational and communication skills.
