Position Description

Role: E-commerce Manager  

Hours: Full-Time

Reports to: Managing Partner

Location: Charleston, SC (potential to work remotely)

Job Description

As FITS® E-commerce Manager your primary responsibilities are to develop, implement and execute strategic e-commerce plans for the business.

Responsibilities        

  • Own e-commerce Shopify website
    • Promotional site updates
    • Product merchandising
    • Manage CRO with outsourced UX designer and Shopify developer 
  • Own email marketing channel (promotional and trigger emails): 
    • Collaborate with creative director and product team to create editorial calendar
    • Create and manage timelines
    • Provide feedback on creative
    • Schedule email sends (and A/B testing were applicable)
    • Manage QA process
    • Report on results and present to marketing and design teams
  • Manage advertising efforts (Paid Social, PPC, affiliate): 
    • Daily and weekly communication with agency partners – Share internal campaign strategies, drive / oversee ad creation and ad approval (ensuring all ads are brand-appropriate)
    • Analysis – Ensure ads are accurately targeted, optimized and performing at an acceptable ROI level
  • Create and manage monthly marketing calendar to ensure all marketing channels are successfully planned and executed
  • Work with the customer service team to provide the best customer experience possible

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3-5 Years of work experience (marketing experience preferred)
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics preferred
  • Highly organized and detail oriented 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and understanding of forward planning 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and manage deadlines, new challenges and changing priorities
  • Ability to follow direction and embrace constructive input
