Office Manager for Travel Agency

We are looking to hire an Office Manager / Marketing Support to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and basic marketing activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information for clients and ensure that files are completed
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Answering phones and offering assistance in any way possible, relaying the message if need be.

  • Manage/maintain all sales agents’ files/bookings – making sure all pertinent items are included (itinerary, contract, invoice, receipts, etc.)

  • Working with accounting make sure all invoices, receipts and information for client files is forwarded/faxed over if needed.

  • Quoting travel insurance for all clients after deposits are run.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets/ Google Docs
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
