We are looking to hire an Office Manager / Marketing Support to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and basic marketing activities of the organization.
- Manage records and information for clients and ensure that files are completed
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Answering phones and offering assistance in any way possible, relaying the message if need be.
Manage/maintain all sales agents’ files/bookings – making sure all pertinent items are included (itinerary, contract, invoice, receipts, etc.)
Working with accounting make sure all invoices, receipts and information for client files is forwarded/faxed over if needed.
Quoting travel insurance for all clients after deposits are run.
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Knowledge of Google Sheets/ Google Docs
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
