Sales Representative Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-starting, motivated entrepreneur to join our organization as an Independent Sales Representative. As one of our sales reps, you take the initiative in finding potential customers, developing client relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process to find the product or service that can best satisfy their needs. You need to have excellent communication skills and must be well-versed in the art of sales and negotiation. Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients to determine their needs
- Recommend our products and services that meet those needs
- Track progress and developments through customer relationship management platforms
- Work with company management to develop custom solutions for clients
Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills
- Prior sales experience is strongly preferred
- Self-starting attitude and personal initiative
- Ability to travel to meet with clients
- High-energy and goal-oriented personality

Prior to getting her insurance license, Mary Jo has served as the President of Cross Marketing and Promotions, LLC for the past 12 years.
