Key information about this position: 

  • Job Title: Technical Service Representative 
  • Working Time: Full-time 
  • Location: Independence, OR (and surrounding areas) 
  • Work Environment: Remote (you must live in the same state of the position location) 
  • Job Level: Entry-level with many opportunities for advancement 
  • Wage: earn up to $28,080 - $30,160 + annual, plus full benefits for full time employees

  • FCR Hiring Minimum Requirements:

In this position you will have direct contact with consumers and customers, providing friendly, helpful, and award-winning technical service via phone support, email support, chat support, and more. Your role is to earn the trust of customers and then help educate them on the many products and services offered by our clients. Our goal at FCR is to support our customers and to make sure their customer service experience with us is fun and rewarding!

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Provide technical service and solutions using multiple communication tools including chat, email and phone channels.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical information to people who are not tech savvy.
  • Research multiple resources and tools simultaneously to find best answers.
  • Advanced systems understanding and working knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and solve complex customer issues. 
  • Educate customers on product for optimal understanding and ease of use & accessibility.
  • Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Good time management skills are a must as you will need to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
