FCP is a leading real estate investment company that has invested in or financed more than $9.3 billion in assets since its founding in 1999.  FCP was named a 2020 and 2021 Washington Post Top Workplace.  We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Chevy Chase, MD based Executive Team.



As an Executive Assistant, you will support our Executive team by:


  • Complete a broad array of administrative tasks that facilitate the Executive Team’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects, designing and producing documents, reports and presentations, collective and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements, and completing expense reports;
  • Coordinate all Executive Team meetings;
  • Providing calendar management for the Executive Team, prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, make judgement and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements;
  • Work with the Executive Team to coordinate outreach activities, including documentation of investor meeting notes in Salesforce;
  • Cross-collaborate with the Office Manager and HR Director on office policies and procedures, vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies as necessary for operation of organization;
  • Assist with IT support for Executive Team, by working with Director of IT and outside IT vendor – ICSI as required;
  • Provide event management support as requested;
  • Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment as back-up support to the Office Manager;
  • Provide administrative accounting support to accounting team by entering invoices into Quickbooks, billing and collecting reimbursements from the respective Funds and properties.



  • Relevant work experience as an executive assistant or administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ambitious self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
  • Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Quickbooks preferred
  • A desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
