Graphics / Production for successful retail sign shop

At FASTSIGNS of Owings Mills we are looking for a full time Graphic Designer / Production professional to join our team. This individual will help us continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a fast paced business with a reputation for quality, custom products and outstanding customer service.

You must have demonstrated sign shop skills. Salary includes base / OT / team bonuses. $14 to $16 hourly rate translates to target pay of $36K-$40K. You can get paid $17 or $18 somewhere else and make less. We're a small family business. You need to be willing to work hard and have fun. There's no hiding here.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent sign industry experience is a necessity

• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud - primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to operate and maintain wide format printer / plotter
• Ability to operate and maintain flatbed printer
• Ability to operate and maintain digital finisher / router
• Sign production experience - mounting and laminating
• Field installation of vinyl graphics
• Vehicle design / layout experience
• Vehicle lettering and wrap installation experience
