As the Customer Service Representative, you will work with the Sales Manager and Franchisees to provide excellent customer care to existing customers. Using excellent communication and follow up skills, you will assist customers through the proofing, production and installation process and help ensure orders are produced on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 5:00pm

- Check queues for existing orders and ensure the order continues through the process
- Gather information for and submit installation requests to our internal installation department
- Ensure the customers needs are met
- Answers the phone and directs callers to the appropriate individual, as needed
- Performs other duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer care or project management experience preferred
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including gSuite, Trello, etc
- Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Strong organizational and time management skills
