This position is for a mechanical engineer in a consulting engineering firm serving industrial clients. You will participate in the design of a wide variety of systems and structures for a range of different industrial processes and industries including: food processing, wood products, mining, and more. In addition to mechanical design, the ideal candidate is expected to organize and manage projects. The role works closely with other engineering disciplines to accommodate all structural, mechanical, and civil needs. Requirements: B.S. in Engineering field Idaho Licensed Professional Engineer or active PE License in another state Working knowledge of systems and processes Highly organized to manage detailed project information and prioritize tasks Willing and able to travel to job sites Able to manage small projects Preferred Skills: 4+ years of engineering experience Design/analysis experience with industrial clients Experience reviewing building plans and specifications Skilled in project management Highly Preferred Skills: 8+ years of engineering experience Highly skilled in project management Established and satisfied client contacts Annual Salary Range (DOE): $58,000 - $100,000 Company Information: Our success depends on the talent, dedication, and integrity of our staff.
