Born in Australia, the phenomenal program is now spreading through Seattle like wildfire.  Our local F45 family is looking to grow our management team.  As Director of Sales, you will own the entire sales process of the company and play a pivotal senior leadership role in the company. Key Responsibilities:
  • General 
    • Responsible for all sales activities
    • Develop consistent sales processes across organization
    • Drive membership growth and retention
    • Manage sales budget
    • Meet or exceed performance metrics
    • Collaborate with Athletics team
    • Manage team of Membership Sales Associates
  • Events 
    • Plan/Execute Grassroots Marketing Events
    • Overall Planning of Challenge Events/Parties
    • Provide event support for studio events
  • Retail  
    • Manage retail pricing 
    • Attain retail gross profit targets
    • Inventory Management
    • Identify new products
    • Manage Gift Card program
    • Track retail sales and calculate monthly commissions
  • Membership Sales 
    • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales numbers to company president 
    • Manage/oversee sales leads
    • Manage CRM solution and ensure accuracy
    • Coordinate/manage trialer touch-points and follow-up
  • Marketing 
    • Promote and manage member referral program
    • Develop/Source studio marketing materials
    • Identify and recruit influencers/ambassadors 
    • Engage local community to drive awareness 
    • Develop and maintain cross-promotional business relationships to drive sales
    • Develop/Manage newsletters and member/lead communication
  • Social Media 
    • Foster online reviews
    • Online review response handling 
    • Ensure social media comments/posts handled
    • Plan/Execute organic social media posts
    • Coordinate and run social media activities/campaigns
  • Retention 
    • Plan/Support Execution of Retention Calendar 
    • Ensure current member membership needs are handled
    • Ensure responsiveness/resolution to member feedback and complaints 
    • Manage member milestone club program
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry preferred
  • 2+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating
  • Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with F45 team and clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, MindBody, and various media platforms
