Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Work with Installation coordinators, and contracts processing to stage jobs
- Prepare job folders for installs
- Pull HVAC equipment for installs daily
- Receive Equipment from Vendors and verify order complete
- Support teams in the field with needed materials and deliveries
- Control Inventory and complete monthly accurate counts.
- Coordinate receiving/shipping functions, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered on a daily basis
- Effectively communicate instructions to staff
- Communicate with senior management
- Assist in training new warehouse employees, as well as continuous training of current employees
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience required
- HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical material knowledge a PLUS
- Strong problem solving/multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and instruct employees
Compensation:
- Paid hourly/weekly
