Commercial Services Support Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE F&M is seeking an individual to join the team as a Commercial Services Support Specialist in preparation for an upcoming retirement. The position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. For someone with the right experience to be an immediate contributor, a home office at our regional headquarters in Harrisburg, PA is a secondary option.

This individual will be responsible for performing various administrative, customer service, and office duties for the Commercial Lending team. This Support Specialist will support up to six (6) Relationship Managers and will go through a comprehensive training mentorship to learn our systems, workflows, and develop connections with fellow coworkers. For an individual with relevant experience and qualifications, we have multiple Support Specialist levels that would be accompanied by a competitive wage and benefits package. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum is required. * Experience with commercial lending/commercial real estate, paralegal, banking, or residential mortgage closings. * Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment. * Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service oriented. * Being a Notary is a bonus factor.
