Customer Service Associate/Front Desk Eye Clinic(Southlake TX)

Job description

Hours: Full-time or part-time, weekend availability preferred

Duties:

• Engaging in patient communication in person, over the phone, via email, and on live chat

• Verifying vision and medical insurance benefits

• Creating invoices for eye exam services

• Taking payment in-person and over the phone

• Performing preliminary tests on patients using optometric equipment

• Providing great customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Great interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail

• Professionalism

• Optometry experience preferred

Relevant experience working in an Optometry clinic is a major plus, and starting wages will be adjusted accordingly.
