HVAC Service Technician - Commercial

Extreme Texas Air is looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our service team. We are looking for a minimum of 10 years of service experience. We are proud to say we have added positions to the company every year which means room for growth for hard working and driven technicians. We currently do residential and commercial HVAC. We are 80% commercial and continue growing that direction. The service tech must be competent in serviceability of a wide range of HVAC. Must be able to properly diagnose and repair. We offer health insurance plans, paid time off, commission on new sales and new customers. We offer a take home vehicle and all of the major tools needed for this job. We expect our technicians to have their own gauges, meter, and hand tools. Extreme Texas Air has never laid any employee off due to lack of work.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on wide range of HVAC systems.

Diagnose issues on wide range of HVAC issues.

Repair HVAC issues.

Some project/replacement work.

Keeping service vehicle clean and in order and be presentable.

Knowledge and Skills

10 years of commercial/residential HVAC experience.
