Extreme Staffing & Payroll in Boise is currently accepting applications for an Inside Sales Representative/ Service Writer for a local specialty upholstery repair company in Boise.
This position will be responsible for maintaining an organized office, acting as liaison between the technicians and customers, vendors, and employees. This position greets customers, estimates the repairs needed for the customer, follows up on estimated jobs, schedules and when the work is finished shows the customer the finished product. The pay for this position starts at $11.00/ hr plus commission.
Qualified applicants need to possess the following skills and background requirements:
· Answer phone calls, take messages, and relay information
· Provide high level customer service
· Effective communicator
· Great multi-tasker and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient skills with Microsoft Suites, and ability to learn proprietary systems
· Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed per job
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
