Glemser Technologies is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to handle a document conversion project. You will also be responsible for data entry, writing SOP’s, administrative planning for recruiting, and to help organize the office before moving before October 2020. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional, team-oriented office setting.
- Convert all paper documents into SharePoint
- Data entry; Scanning
- Saving all documents to their necessary folders
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Previous office administration experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office; SharePoint and Salesforce are a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work with various departments and have strong communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and hit deadlines
