Expressive Design Group is a manufacturer of All Occasion and Holiday Stationery/Paper Products located in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
We are looking for an outgoing and assertive self-starter to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating the order fulfillment process for assigned accounts from quotation through order processing and shipment. As a member of the Sales Support staff, you will manage account requirements, in conjunction with the assigned field Sales Representative, and are expected to complete many hands-on tasks; these include but are not limited to sending out customer samples and assisting with product development on custom items. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar office environment and be able to multi-task at a highly-detailed level and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Excellent organizational and oral as well as written communication skills are necessary! Candidates must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel 2016 , Outlook 2016 and have EDI experience as well as be able to learn new processes quickly.
