Local company in Marion County - Ocala, FL area is looking for and Administrative Assistant. Must be comfortable in a fast paced enviornment. Some of the job duties are filing, data entry, order entry, bill entry, tracking information in orders, pulling bills for statements, vendor communication, answering phones, and end of the day reporting using Quickbooks, Excel, and Outlook email. You do not have to have experience as they will train and teach you.
