Office Assistant needed for full-time, temp to hire opportunity. This position is mostly responsible for data entry, customer service, and general administrative support.
- Manage time sensitive tasks and prioritize as needed.
- Create/ draft correspondence; email, letters, notices, etc.
- Gather and review customer information and ensure accurate data entry.
- Complete weekly mass fax notices.
- Enter claims as requested.
- Complete requests via 3rd party website as requested.
Looking for someone who is a good team player, reliable, and willing to pitch in to get the job done.
- 3-5 years of related data entry, B2B customer service, administrative support experience.
- Good computer skills; Microsoft Office.
- Accurate data entry.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
