Shipping Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with one of our international manufacturing clients in St. Paul/Shoreview area to help hire multiple temp to hire Shipping Specialists for their 1st shift. Our client is starting shipping specialists at $19/hr. The hours for this position are 7 AM - 3:30 PM.

Upon completion of the temp to hire evaluation period, all employees will be eligible for world class benefit package, that includes the following, health, dental, vision coverage, PTO, sick time, education assistance and 401K match.

Medical Assembler Duties:

• Help to maintain clean, safe and organized workspace and warehouse
• Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders for production and prepare for shipment
• Carry out printing & shipping process controls to maintain established production efficiencies
• Maintain records of imports and exports
• Prepare and pack orders for shipments
• Ensure proper labeling with all shipments
• Basic computer skills including the ability to check reports and record information.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in order to ask questions, get clarifications, and make suggestions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Medical Assembler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year of related shipping experience

• SAP experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
