Our client in Jersey City is in need of a RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT . Duties include: answering phones as well as doing alot of data entry into the accounting system. For this Administrative Assistant role - Other duties include: preparing checks and entering inventory. Must have knowledge of MS Excel and general office duties. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
