Express Employment Professionals on 61st and Center is currently hiring for multiple call center positions. This is a seasonal opportunity with a premier business in the Omaha area. We have full time openings in both the morning and afternoon slots. 1st shift hours are 7:30am-4:00pm and 2nd is 1:30pm-10:00pm. Hourly pay is $11 an hour and you will need to be available to work Monday-Friday. This seasonal position will go from November 25th to December 13th. Call Center Duties Include:

  • Assisting customers with there online orders.
  • Answering basic questions regarding the website
  • Making sure the customer is happy and the problem is solved

Call Center Qualifications:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Problem solving ability
  • Able to communicate with a customer on the phone
  • Ability to multi-task if needed
